A centralized location for interacting with end users and customers is crucial for businesses. Brand portals should include a customer community area, integrating traditional forums with additional features. This allows users and agents to post comments, ask questions, and provide feedback.

a) How do I sticky a community thread to the top of the list in Smarter Track ?

1. First, log into your agent account on the Brand’s Portal.

2. Then, click on the Community button.

3. Afterwards, submit a new thread or navigate to an existing thread.

4. Finally, click on the “sticky” thread under the Actions heading to the right of the thread to access sticky threads.

5. To remove a thread from the top of the list, navigate to the thread and click on Unstick Thread.
