In case of a website issue, the database can be automatically restored by the website backup server, which may take a few minutes depending on the site’s size, and you will receive an email upon completion.

a) How do I restore databases from Sucuri backups in Sucuri Firewall Protection ?

1. First, navigate to the Website Backup section.

2. Then, select the website you want to restore.

3. After that, click on the restore option next to the desired dated backup.

4. To download manual recovery files, click on the Download Database button, select the desired database from the drop-down menu, and click “Download“.

5. To automatically restore a database, click “Auto Restore Database” and select the desired database from the drop-down menu. Click “Download” to save the file to your computer.

6. Next, select the “ I agree with overwriting the database” checkbox.

7. Finally, click “Restore“.
