The server’s backup software may corrupt the Smarter Stats log file during the Smarter Stats import process.

a) How do you prevent SmarterLog file corruption in Smarter Stats ?

1. First, log in as a system administrator.

2. Then, click the Settings icon.

3. After that, expand the Servers folder and click on Servers in the navigation pane to view a list of existing servers.

4. Next, select the desired server and click Edit in the content pane toolbar to load server settings in a new window.

5. Then, click the “Import Settings” tab.

6. Afterwards, change the Import Time field value to prevent Smarter Stats from importing log files during the backup software’s running time, such as 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

7. Finally, click Save.
