Retrieving Username for .MY Domain

If you have forgotten your username for your .MY domain, don’t worry as should be able to retrieve it. You may follow these steps in order to retrieve the username for your .MY domain.

Note that you may need to verify the email address registered for your domain through the MyNIC WHOIS checker.

1. Go to the MyNIC SELFCARE portal.
2. Click on Forgot username.
3. Enter your Domain name,  Email address and perform Security challenge.
   
   
4. Click on Retrieve Username button.
5. Your username for your domain will be sent to the contact email address.
6. In your email, you will receive an email which states your username and your role of the domain.
