Plesk Email Control: A Guide to Black and White Lists

A server-wide blacklist prevents messages from a domain from reaching server mailboxes, and the mail server rejects any email from an address whose domain matches one of the blacklisted domains.

a) How do I add entries to black and white lists in Plesk ?

1. First, go to Websites & Domains and click your domain name in the Mail tab to select mail settings.

2. Then, click Add Address.

3. After that, provide a list of entries to be added to the list, using commas, colons, or spaces, and specify how to handle mail from the specified address on a Windows-based server.

4. Finally, click the OK button.

5. To remove an entry from the blacklist or whitelist, select the entry on the corresponding tab and click Remove.
