I have transferred my domain to you but it still points to the previous host

If the domain still pointing to the previous provider after transfer successful, for non .my domain you can change the domain name DNS (nameserver) from Client Area Page > Domains > My Domains > Manage Domain > Nameserver. Please be sure that domain Registrar Lock disabled before changes are made. If the domain name is locked, click Registrar Lock and click on Disable Registrar Lock. 

The changes might take some time before the service will fully propagate to the new DNS.

As for .my domain, please contact authorized Technical Contact for changing nameserver. The Technical Contact detail can be verified from MyNIC.
