b) How long does verification usually take ?

The verification turnaround time depends on the type of certificate purchased and is determined by the Certificate Authority. To ensure a smooth process, respond to emails promptly, follow instructions, and provide requested documents. Typical verification times are:

• Domain Validation (DV) SSL certificate: 10 minutes to 1 hour
• Organization Validation (OV) SSL certificate: 1 to 3 days
• Extended Validated (EV) SSL certificate: 1 to 5 days

c) My verification phone number is out of date; what should I do ?

Suppliers must provide a verified phone number from an acceptable online source, and the phone number must be updated in the supplier’s online listing.

d) If I missed my last verification call, how do I reschedule ?

e) My document verification failed; what should I do ?
