a) How to assign Microsoft 365 License to User Accounts ?

Note: Office 365 has been replaced by Microsoft 365, but the functionality remains the same.

1. First, go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.

2. Then, click Assign Product to assign the product license to your user account and other users within your organization, and all your apps will appear in this location.

3. After that, select the username and click on “Edit” for the product license.

4. Finally, select the user’s intended use for the product, open it for the user, and save it.

5. To assign product licenses to multiple users, navigate to the Users > Active Users screen and click “Add User“.
