Appointing New Invoicing Party for .MY Domain

The Invoicing Party is the one who bills you for the domain registration and renewal. You may only change your current Invoicing Party if your domain name is active with no pending invoice.

  1. Login to MyNIC SELFCARE portal here.
  2. Enter your login details and click Sign In.
  3. Enter your domain name and click on Search button.
  4. Make sure the role of Billing is highlight and click Manage on the same line of the domain name.
  5. Go to the Invoicing Party tab and you will redirect to the page for update the record.
  6. On the Invoicing Party section, you may change the Invoicing Party by clicking to the Change button.

  7. Then, select the New Invoicing Party for your domain. If you wish WebServer as your new invoicing part, you can select Acme Commerce Sdn Bhd from the Reseller list.
  8. You may click on Yes to confirm this invoicing party change request.

Invoicing Party changed and a notification will be sent to you through the contact person email address.
