SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a talented Social media coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through the social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create engaging text, image and video content
  2. Research audience preferences and discover current trends
  3. Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
  4. Measuring web traffic and SEO Monitoring
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  6. Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
  7. Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
  8. Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and followers
  9. Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  10. Oversee social media accounts’ layout
  11. Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
Skills, Experiences and Competencies:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  3. Preffered language : Mandarin (for chinese customers speaking)
  4. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
  5. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  6. Total 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
