Migration Terms & Conditions
  1. Migration includes web files, MySQL databases, emails, and cPanel settings (Applicable to ‘cPanel to cPanel’ hosting ONLY).
  2. ‘Plesk to Plesk’ migration or migration across different control panel platforms only involves web files and MySQL databases (excluding email data).
  3. You must provide necessary access credentials and information for migration purposes.
  4. Your hosting data must be within 10GB in size.
  5. Additional fees may be applied for larger data sizes or complicated migration processes.
  6. You need to ensure that there is no restriction to create backups on your current hosting account, in terms of permission, account availability, storage space, etc.
  7. You are responsible for checking and verifying that your web application and data are in the correct order after the migration is completed.
  8. We will not migrate files again if there are any changes to any web files after the migration has been initiated.
  9. We will not handle updating hosting account settings, database connection strings, or any special installations.
  10. Migration needs to be confirmed at least 2 weeks before for better planning and your current hosting expiration date can not be within a week.
  11. Migration will be done on a ‘best effort basis’.
