I
cannot access to my site or webmail&mail client but I
can access other sites without problem. |
|
|
Please
check on your ISP connection. If you are using fix
connection, please give us your fix IP for further
investigation and try to use alternate ISP connection to
access your webmail&mail client to verify. If you just
use dial up connection, please try to disconnect and
re-connect your Internet connection before you try again
to access your site or webmail&mail client. |

I
can access to webmail but cannot access to mail client
with error message pop up "unable connect to the
server..." or message pop up "wait for 60
seconds...". |
|

Mail
client has longer connection path, if connection is not
stable, you may still able to access webmail but encounter
problem accessing mail client with the above mentioned
errors. Please use alternate ISP connection if you have or
try again later. |

Why
I have the error "550 not local host....not a
gateway" when trying to send mail out? |
|
|
Please check on your email account configuration in the
mail client(Outlook/Express). Have you click on the "My
outgoing server requires authentication" check box in the
Outgoing Mail Server setting? Please visit this URL

for the correct configurations in your mail client. |

cannot connect to server by using FTP uploads. |

If
the error display is wrong password, please verify your
password with us and check on your FTP site
settings/configuration at http://www.webserver.com.my/2g/2G_support_center/faq/faq_after_ftp.htm
. If the error display is no connection/connection time
out, please check on your ISP
connection. If you are using fix connection, please give
us your fix IP for further investigation and try to use
alternate ISP connection to access your FTP to verify. If
you just use dial up connection, please try to disconnect
and re-connect your Internet connection before you try
again to access your FTP. |

Why
everytime login to my webmail, I encounter page time-out? |

Time-outs occur when a user's session is
inactive for 12 minutes. If an account times out, the user will
need to login again. |
