Please allow me on behalf of OEM Autoseats Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. to thank you and your wonderful staff for the excellent service that I have received from Webserver over the last two years.

Prior to using Webserver we were using another company to host our domain name and also our email servers, and we had endless trouble with mails not being delivered, frequent downtime and poor contact service.

Two years later today, I have to tell you that renewal was handled way ahead of time, with enough notices given, as our email was very important, and should we forget, it could prove fatal. This again I thank your company.

The wonderful thing is that I have done all the above without even having to leave my office, as everything was handled online, over the phone and via money transfer, and with very prompt service.

I would also like to commend you, that whomever you tied up your services with has proven to have an excellent working relationship with your company, as I have not suffered any down time on my email more than 10 mins, and on only two or three occasions over the last two years. 

I have been approached by other companies with offers of hosting at prices half of your charges at times, but I always remember, proven service, reliability and honesty is certainly worth paying ten times more. Secondly, to save a few dollars, I run the risk of compromising my emails, which at times has content that deals with millions of dollars, and our clients being BMW we certainly cannot afford this.

I will continue to support you company, and so will my other businesses namely, Raymond Wines and Coolnails, and thank you for all the help you have been providing us.
